Is a waning moon good for an apology spell? If not which moon phase should it be? Also what type of oil should be used?

If you need to apologize to someone, just do it youself it will be much more effective that way.

I tried. Many times, it's been months and yet I haven't been forgiven. That's why I decided on a spell.

You can't force forgiveness.

You must understand that there are many things that would be best done without the use of magic. Magic is not something to be relied on to fix every little problem we may face. Personally, I use magic because I'm not satisfied with how the world works and I want to make changes in my life that I couldn't do by normal means.

When it comes to an apology you just have to do it, no magic involved. If the person refuses to forgive you then you have to just accept it; forgiveness, like it has already been said, is not something that can be forced. Forgiveness is up to the person who has been wronged and it is their decision, not yours.

Have you learned from your mistake? Perhaps take a step back and look at the issue from the other persons view. Some things take time, some things can never be forgiven, and some things need more than simply saying 'sorry'.

Regarding the spell, if you're casting a spell to remove anger or hurt the waning moon would be better, if you are trying to bring understand and friendship then the waxing moon is better.
