The Limits of Glamours?

I've come across information about glamour spells on many websites and have a basic knowledge of what they are, but a lot of the actual glamour spells conflict in just how powerful they can be. I've come across spells that are meant to help you go unnoticed, which sounds reasonable, as well as ones that are supposed to make others perceive the color of your eyes or hair differently and some that are supposed to make you look more attractive to others, which sound like they would be extremely draining to cast and maintain. Could anyone that uses glamours clear up what limits glamours have?

It depends, do you have materials like candles, crystals, oils, etc?

If you're thinking something along the lines of mind control, actively picking and choosing what others percieve, that's not real. However a spell to go unnoticed will work, that is if you are putting active effort into not attracting attention, not wearing bright, flashy clothes or running around screaming like a maniac. Glamour spells, in theory, could work if you yourself work with them, performing mundane actions to achieve your goal alongside the spell.

I'm not looking to cast one myself at the moment, AmirLebron, I'm not extremely advanced yet and mostly stick to things like psi balls and sigils.

.Blue., that makes sense, thank you for clearing that up. I thought those spells seemed a bit unrealistic, but wasn't entirely sure.
