A other world a world other then earth you can get to with astral projection.

i believe that a different world is nearly impossible, but a different plane may be probable. iv only second hand seen astral projection so, yeh.

A diferent plane is baisicly the same things, just with a few technicalities, I have heard that you can even create entire world's while in the astral plane, but I dont have a high success rate when it comes to astral projection so I really haven't spent enough time there to confirm the one aboat creating world's
