Witch is just really a title now, if you wish to call yourself one you may.

as Curse said, it's just a title. witches can be male or female. the notion that woman are witches and men are wizards is just something from pop-culture. pick the title you like and use it. myself, i don't know any men who call them-self wizard, warlock, or anything other than witch.

For many warlock does mean oath breaker, I believe that was the traditional meaning of it.

At this point in time most magical practitioners of either sex choose the title of witch.

Males certainly can be Witches, and many of them choose to call themselves that.

The word "Witch" comes from the Anglo-Saxon work "wicca" (meaning male Witch) and "wicce" (meaning female Witch). The modern religion of Wicca takes its name from the same root word.

"Warlock" comes from the Anglo-Saxon/Old English word "waerloga" which means traitor or oath-breaker. While Hollywood loves this term and uses it frequently and incorrectly, it is not a term that is used by modern Pagans who understand its origins and meaning.

My god, just call yourself a practitioner of occult arts. Life's to short to worry about titles. Geez.
