The moon card

Ok I'm still trying to learn about tarot, and I was wondering if u get the moon card when u are doing the relationship spread and u get the moon card on the how they feel about u position, what exactly does this mean? I know its about illusions and the uknown, but I'm uncertain about what it's trying to say.

The moon card is about endless cycles. Is the card in the upright or reversed position?

Mostly about anxiety, worry, things are just okay but you push them away by worrying too much...

The asker has insecuirty issues, he/she has soemthing to hide and something to lose, just like that dog barking in photo.

It also means you are not letting your intuition guide you!

I believe the moon card may also represent hidden enemies when looking at relationship issues.

It can also be confusion or misunderstanding.
