Mind Reading/ Telekinesis

People are telling me it is physically and mentally impossible to read minds or move objects with the mind. Is this true?

Yes. It's impossible.

Moving physical objects with your mind is right out. Reading thoughts is not so impossible. Thoughts radiate out from the mind and it is possible to be able to pick up on them when you have developed your awareness properly. Now, you can't psychicaly go in and pull information out of someone's mind.
