Whaat just happened

I just light a candle for a wish I have. I sometimes do that, it makes me more positive about it and it brings me good luck. It's a habit I've had for a long time - if I wish for something, I light a candle on focus on it.

So as I was thinking about my wish, I just felt energy and felt the need to open my arms and look up , towards the ceiling. It just felt like I should do it so I did.

A few moments later, I got dizzy. But it wasn't the usual type of dizzy I feel, this was different than anything else I've felt. My room swirled , i couldn't see straight and I had trouble standing up. I could only see colors of my room, like I was looking through a kaleidoscope. It felt like I turned around kinda, like something inside me flipped and jumped and something hapened. It was like for a second I wasn't there, in my room, like everything disappeared and I could only FEEL, and barely see.

Then I just went back and for a second I felt like something happened, but it went away and I feel pretty normal.

Though I feel kind of tired and exausted.

What could have happened? Was it a bad thing?

If this sounds unrealistic, I am very sorry. I swear I am not lying or being a fluff. It happened and honestly it kind of scared me.

Is it dangerous or a good thing?

Did it happen to anyone else here?

Thank you all in advance

Ok, breathe. Relax. A vertigo is what just happened. Symptoms include room spinning, sweating, nausea caused by disoriented movement and abnormal eye movement, which can compromise the vision with colours or and even blackouts. The duration of a vertigo can be from minutes to hours and is commonly cause due to movement or change in position. You were already in a meditative state when you decided to lift your head and look at the ceiling. Sometimes even a tiny movement like that can trigger a vertigo. That's all.
