White sage.

Hi, I'm prophecy, and I'm here to talk about White sage.
White sage is a very good herb, it can be used as medicine, incense, and warding off spirits, much like the others in the sage family. As a person who grew up with white sage, I can tell some tips on how to grow it.

Medicinal uses:

The seed is great for removing things from your eyes.

It's good for healing, and strength, after childbirth.

Magickal uses:

White sage is AMAZING for cleansing rituals, when white sage is burnt, it should produce a white smoke, but more than that, the smoke helps ward off spirits.
White sage is great for incense.

Tips for How to grow:

White sage needs little water, full sun, and a dry environment.
I find it best to grow it during the summer, because where I live, our summers are relatively hot, and sunny. In the south, especially new Mexico, white sage is rather easy to grow.

I believe another name for white sage is Desert sage. Fitting name.
