need a good spell

i am going through the flippin menapause and oh my gosh i was not expecting the stuff that is happening to be so very bad so dose anyone have a spell to make the girly stuff not so bad i no nothing will make it go away but some help would be very good as i do not want to use the drugs the doctors try to give you i would much rather like to use something natural but what ?? if anyone can please help as i am going quite mad well madder thanks
