What is wrong with myhand

All of the sudden my hand turns red with white spots and with alot of tingles and pressure on it and feel something moving in the tips of my fingers. What is it ?

Well I would see your doctor about that first, and if you are given a clean bill of health then I would suggest researching automatic writing.

No its cause i can feel alot of energy running through my hands and tingling and stuff and i think when there is alot of energy in me the lights start flickering

If you are positive that it is spiritual then you're a natural medium and a spirit wishes to write or draw through you. Put a pen in your hand, get a piece of paper, close your eyes and see what happens. =) This is called automatic writing.

Although some may say it is best to use protection, I disagree, because this form of mediumship is not the spirit fully taking over. Automatic writing is (in scientific thought) your nerves responding on a subconscious level in connection to the mind of the spirit. Your subconscious is picking up on what the spirit wants and you're mind interprets it as you, so your hand moves. It's the same reasoning as to why pendulums work. On a spiritual level, you may feel a pressure and energy on your hand moving it, but eventually, as you get used to automatic writing, this feeling will go away, and you'll just write spontaneously. Yes, the energy is also around your hand or the pendulum because your sensing where the spirit is focusing on. Depending on the strength of the spirit, it may make contact in a way that can be seen or felt physically as well. If at any time, the spirit makes you uncomfortable with what it is communicating, ask it to stop. If it doesn't, that is when banishment and protection should be employed.

I've always wondered this myself White, because sometimes ill start drawing or writing random things out of now where and not really know where it comes from. Like if i start feel like i am going into trance like state without realizing it and i can start drawing things more really then write but once i a while write certain words. And i notice that my hand writing dose change.

sounds to me as though you're body had a little shortage of magick and borrowed some from you hand thereby causing your hand to fall asleep.

I get this two, I dont think its anything to worry about, Infact it means that you have the healing touch
