I know this doesn't really have anything to do with magick, but it can eventually do with it.

I am so super stressed out lately with school and just life in general. I barely have time for sleep, let alone to practice magick I just need some advice on how to relax when I actually do have time to breath, such as right now. For some miracle of a reason, I don't have any homework or anything else to do.

So any suggestions on how to relax, and no meditation, because I can't do it with a racing mind, and my mind is always racing because of stress.

I kind of have the same problem but I find just getting all that energy that stress is building up and do something with it. Jog, run, active things and afterwards do something relaxing and requires almost all of your attention. Make time to do something like this, nothing big if you dont want it to be, so that you can take your time to do this and calm yourself down.

Formula: do something that needs a big spurt of energy and throw yourself in it. Afterwards do something that requires little energy and relaxs you.

Lavender. Oils, candles, soaps, shampoos, etc. You can also do deep breathing while you're going about your business. You don't need to meditate if you don't have time. Deep breathing stimulates blood flow.

I found keeping a small bottle of lavender oil with me when I'm out helps so much. I just dab a little on my wrists (if the situation is that bad, I dab it right under my nose :))

Yankee Candle also offers some candles and sprays for relaxation and for stress relief. They are nice and do work, but lavender oil is probably the least costly way to go-and it def. works. If you can find a lavendar linen spray, you can spray it on your pillow before going to sleep.

On another note-nothing going on in your life right now is worth such stress.
