Can someone help... how do you start your own coven?

And no, no one knows when it will be available again. When Pet (Petrarca, the Administrator of the site and overload of all you see before you [sorry, as you are brand new I doubt you know of him and his "awesomeness"-Pet] ) decides to reopen the opinion.

Well, you can't create a coven here at SoM, currently. What you can do, however, is start a coven with people you know personally (or online, if you want to make a coven site). There are plenty of tips on starting a coven such as answering why you want to make one, what it's purpose is, how learning will be done, and what kinds of things you want to do within the coven.

To be honest Eis, what I have seen so far of this kid shows he's still starting out. Meaning he shouldn't even be running a coven himself (no offense meant, but it takes people who know their stuff to run a coven properly). If he can go out and find people in real life, they can start a group, or if he finds someone capable of being in charge of it. The same goes for any coven online.

This was not intended to snub you or anything, I am trying to be honest.
