No, there is no spell to get it. It is there already. You have to learn to access it.

You have to practice focus techniques and start listening to yourself more.

You first have to learn to meditate, it's the best solution to it. It would also help if you pick a mantra, many people don't use it but it does help.

Learn what it is to be mindful. Since it's your mind's eye, be mindful, make the right decisions, know what is going on around you. If you have a negativeemotion observe your emotions and what is causing it.

It's also connected to the GodShiva. It will help to make a personal connection with them! I suggest do more research about the God Shiva if you are really interested!

The third eye is one of seven major energy centers within the body. They go by several names depending on what center of faith or community or even new-age group you ask. But in the end they are all different names for the same things.

Basically, the body has channels or lines of energy that run through it like streams, or an energetic version of the circulatory or nervous system. There are several points where differing branches of this energy cross each-other or meet, and where this happens the energy pools and turns on itself in a spinning pool. The biggest (and most often referred to) seven are the root, groin/naval, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Each one is associated with a color, a tone (like a musical note), a positive and negative emotion, and have a particular function or field of focus.

Surprisingly, the cartoon series Avatar the last airbender explains chakras in about a minute, in a simplified but very effective way. I found a quick youtube link for the full episode;

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02FkMr21xOA

Of course the explanations for each chakra is very simplified, but they had to compress it into one episode so ... allowances. The first minute and a half is the simplest but best explanation for the chakras themselves that I've ever seen. It is a surprisingly good starting point for their concept and how they work.

That said, any suggestion that I would make regarding opening or tuning into your chakras would be to study some resources on what they are, first. What each chakra represents and is responsible for, and what it means to have them in balance or imbalance. I would avoid focusing on any one chakra or trying to make one stronger to the exclusion of the others. After all as an energetic system, they work together.

Once you have started learning about them, you can start working with them. Clearing and balancing is always a good place to start. In meditation, however you come to visualize and/or feel your energy, go through each chakra in turn and imagine it becoming clean and easy flowing. Imagine a way for the energy to move more easily both in and out, and with a clean connection to each other chakra for the energy to flow between them until they are all functioning equally.

As you get the hang of that, and when you can bring yourself to that state of balanced energy reliably, use that to branch off into other practices. Connecting with the rest of your body's energetic system, or the aura, to similarly cleanse and balance are good places to expand to.
