unblocking chakra's

What is the best way to unlock your chakra's? For the first time, and unblocking them? Can you close them off to yourself? How do you rediscover your chakra's?

The best thing i found is on the toe medatation medatate and chant toe deepley and fell it in you will fill it in you head just do it a few times a day for about a week i used it so i say it works from expereance
