Selective worship?

Hi everyone! I interacts with and communicate with the Roman pantheon, but I have certain levels of connection.
There are some deities I completely to not believe in, despite them traditionally being included in the Roman pantheon.
There are some deities I worship and include in my pantheon, but simply don't communicate with.
There are some I consider to be almost friendly with me.
And there are a select few (for me, Diana, Minerva, and Venus) that I consider my patron (or I guess matron) deities.
Does anyone else feel this way?

That is comepletely fine! It is perfectly okay to be a bit selective in your pantheon, and it may increase your relations with your patrons. I believe in Tiamat, Quetzalcoatl, and Demeter, yet I do not interact with anyone else in their pantheons!

I have found that the closer I tie myself to my main gods, the more I can talk to them and the more I can personally learn from them. Having talks with Demeter about plant care and how to respect the nature around me, talkig to Tiamat for simple conversations (She seems to enjoy hearing about my day experience), and Quetzalcoatl is a big jokester who can be serious at times, but loves to be very father-esque as well.
