Needing a New Niche..

Hey everyone,

I first found this website when I was thirteen. Currently, I'm 19 and a part of me still loves SoM. I've watched it grow and expand over the years, but lately I feel like it's becoming less and less reliable due to fluffy work. I always found SoM to be fun and an outlet for me to find more Pagan/Wiccan/Witch/etc friends, but I'm starting to feel like I should go elsewhere. Maybe my love for the site is gone, I don't know. Is anyone legitimate still alive here? :( My accounts were teenwitch8, SullenMoon, WhiteOwl13. Is Paganism still alive here? :O Someone help!

I'm new to the site, but I've been a practicing Wiccan for about ten years now. I'm legitimate, and alive.

I've been here for quite a few years now and I've been a practicing Wiccan for over 30 years. There are plenty of legitimate Wiccans, Witches, and Pagans still here.

i sort of know how you feel, i joined a long time ago, my feelings for SoM come and go depending on a variety of things [like activity, forum discussions, my studies] sometimes i feel invigorated and the site helps me greatly, other times it bores me, and sometimes due to certain users i debate leaving. i'm not here for drama, so sometimes you just have to ignore obvious trolls. i spent about 2 years logged off, when i returned a lot had changed, you might simply need a break.

on a side note, if you feel theres a lot of fluff do something about it. you can teach in the forums if you can't post articles and spells. its not much but its something, plus it could make you like SoM again.

I'm still here, and alive. Not very healthy, but alive! And I have been a witch for a long time.(Longer than I care to remember at times!).Ignore the Fluffies; they are mainly children who really believe in their fantasies.

I'm here, and alive, also. I'm currently a teen, too. I joined this Site a year ago this month. It is AMAZING how much I've learned just from this Website. I do contemplate leaving sometimes, as it can become very boring and packed with role-players and fulffs. I am not any religion nor do I worship any deities, but I still consider myself a Witch and I look forward to learning something new every day. Thanks to some of the serious and long-term members on here, I know I can still learn things that are reliable and will expand my knowledge in various subjects. Just like a couple nights ago, I began researching the basics to Numerology and everything I needed to know was here. It's too bad, because most of the newer members nowadays that join this Site are cluttered with fake portrayals of real magick from TV and are only here to peruse their idea of becoming a "vampire" or "werewolf". And no matter how many times they're told, some people just never learn...

I'm real. I'm a Christian, but I still use the old Christian magicks so I found my way here as well. My advice, feel it out and take what is there positive for you. If it's not enough, start looking around. If you find something better, please share :)
