No Contact with Spirit

For the past 2-3 weeks I have not had any contact with any of my spirit animals. I would meditate, send a polite mental call, listen to binaural beats and practice AP (still unaccomplished) but they won't answer. I was a little stressed a few days ago and thought that was what it was, but now I'm not stressed anymore and I still can't contact them.
Can someone please help me out?

try spending time in nature, also keep notes of the animals in your dreams, and keep meditating since it is a good way to contact them. and even though it may be difficult be patient.

Thanks, but I don't exactly have time to connect with nature. :(
But we do live near a farm with horses on it. I see them almost every day, so I try to observe them, but I'm always in a car when I do. I also had a dream about a white stallion (started a thread on that, but no one has responded to it).
