I like to cast weather spells, mostly rain spells. But when I try to use snow spells it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me why?

The first thing to understand is that spellwork is not as simple as finding some spells on the internet, lighting a few candles, chanting some words and **POOF** magic happens. Until you understand how and why magic works and have mastered the basics it is unlikely that any spell you try to cast is going to be effective. I would recommend starting with some good books on the subject. I suggest the following:

"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman

"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar

"The Veil's Edge" by Willow Polson

"Modern Magick" by Donald Kraig

Weather can be controled just by a few creatures, the thing you do its more like an asking, nature its reacting at what you wish, you actually asking the nature to change the weater a little bit as you please, but making snow when its not winter or in other places where usually its not snowing it cant be done, ecept those who can controle the nature, this is my answear to your "why?" , if you want to make it snow, well then you have to try harder to concentrate yourself harder so you can make a connection with the nature, so you can ask her more things then you usually get, its hard, because you have to worth it!
