Past Life Regression

Today I had a client and her son come to me wanting to do past life regressions. They were referred to me by a friend and former client, who came in with them. Now, I get people all the time for PLR, but this was interesting because the client and her son speak very little English. So, I was assisted by by friend who does speak their language (Farsi, I think, but I could be mistaken). This was a first for me, as I have never used a translator to do hypnosis.

Overall the sessions went amazingly well. Both went in deeply, him more than her, and had no problems or resistance in the session. I would give the instructions to them, with the proper tonality, pacing and intention, and my friend would translate the exact words I was saying. Of course, she does not understand the principles of hypnotic voice, timing with commands and instructions, and things like that. Still, working together we were able to help them have trance experience.

What was interesting was their experiences. The son went first. He regressed back first to a small child, age of 6. (He is currently 14 in this life.) He was in a hotel, although he could not identify the city. He was cold and, at one point, opened his eyes, rubbed himself like he was cold, pulled his blanket around him and settled back down into trance. (There was no blanket, and I was sweating in the room.) He stated that he was from Germany, and that he was traveling. After a few questions I advanced him in that past life. His entire demeanor changed. He was now 48, in a hotel in Washington DC, and the year was 1984. He clearly saw himself in the mirror of the bathroom, as he was shaving. He talked about his life and how he had traveled the world. He could not recall a name. He had never married and had no children. After a few more questions I brought him out. (Interesting, as if the person was 48 in 1984, that would have made him 6 in 1942. I would imagine that someone fleeing from Nazi Germany at the onset of WWII at that age may see it as a traveling experience.)

If the son was interesting, the mother was more so. One she was in I brought her into a past life. Unfortunately she could not see anything around her, and only stated that she was a purple light. So, I chalked it up to her not being able to connect so I brought her out of that life and attempted to bring her back into another. Again she was the purple light. I tried a third time, and she was the purple light again. So, this time I went with it. I asked her questions about being the light, what she did, and the like. Most of the questions she could not answer or did not know how to express the answer. (In a discussion after the session, she stated that it was not a language issue. There were thing that she simply could not put into words.) So, I progressed her further in this past life. She moved forward, and stated she saw two Chinese faces with her. She could hear them speaking, but could not make out what was being said, and after a few moments they faded. So I progressed her again to the end of her life as a being of light. She stated that, in her past life, she had done something wrong and was being punished. Her punishment was to become human. Then the light-life just faded. I then brought her back out.

The session with her mother was by far one of the more interesting experiences I have ever had. I've never had someone regress back into a being of light. I would be interested to hear what everyone thinks about it.

thats awesome, id love a session, but the whole light thing, im not sure what religion they were you said she may have been speaking farsey, but (for my argument sake since i am mostly buddist) buddism your not in nirvana ( my "heaven") untill your done and ready, wheather it be a leason you didnt learn or as this woman said exactly one would do something wrong and be in "limbo" or "purgutary" every religions got these places, both a heaven or a final destination and a limbo or purgatory, however i dont like the word purgtory i do beleive its a catholic term.... never the less, yet what she described is how its been described in man i dont like the word religion,, how about theology in tons of studies of religion (theology) this type of experience has been, well experienced... just an opinion, have fun with this one and blessings

Lots of good ideas to consider. Thanks for all the input. I personally think everything has awareness and consciousness on some level. Especially light. Thre is a reason I sign my post with the Latan word for light. Life doesn't always fit into our understanding, and we can not be so egotistical as to try to fit all life into our own understanding. I do not refer to any of the posts here, or anyone specific. I just have seen a lot of people try to explain life, both physical and magical, with human traits. There are more things on heaven and earth...

As always, just my humble opinion.

http://royabin.ir has some scientific articles about these things for those who can understand middle east languages.
