Split Personality?

Does anyone have any views on split personality? As in, someone who seems to have two minds co-existing as one person? Do you think it's a possession of a diety, or perhaps a disorder? What do you think it is?

There is absolutely no way to know that without a face to face evaluation with a professional.

As far as i know(i dont know much) its a disorder.when you have something you want to be but you cant what happens is eventually your brain developes a second personality to fulfill that wish.its like you really want to be a vampire(so much u'll give ur life for it) and its not fulfilled.so what happens is ur brain developes a second personality which acts like a vampire(not twilight type).similarly if you have more than one such personalities it is called MULTIPLE PERSONALITY DISORDER.when the wish is fulfilled the personality of fulfilling it gradually disappears.

Possession of a diety is FAR less likely then a disorder. Generally when someone has what you referred to as a "split personality" it is a psychological problem that should be dealt with by professionals. Disambiguation can be Dissociative Identity Disorder- wherein a person displays multiple and distinct identities that a professional has diagnosed.
