wesbsite, mountain rose herbs for sure :)
herbs to grow, all kitchen herbs are great, basil, thyme, rosemary
medicinal herbs, comfrey, hyssop, any mint, horehound, lemon balm, any balm actually... hole basil, sages, st johns wort i think, lemon verbena, echinacea, chamomile, licorice, lavender there are a ton more!
what is you zone too? i live in zone 6.a and these are all i grow, plus more. if you wanted some plants inside, aloe vera is good, bay trees too.
i also have cilantro for my green smoothies that i make every day.
just experiment and try different herbs out is my main advice.

I buy from SmallFlower. It's an apothecary located in Chicago that also has a website you can order from. They're prompt with orders too. I use the herbs there for herbal medicine and never have had a problem with them. They also have a very helpful staff. It's a 135 year old business! Being so old, I feel very secure getting my herbs there.

But if you want stuff already made, I also shop at Wholefoods for my echinacea tinctures (made from glycerin not alcohol) and other herbal medicines premade for my daughter (who is 5 years old). They have a nice line of children's formulas with the dosages directly on the labels, which make it simple and worry free. If you have one in your area, I would recommend them.

There is a nice variety of herbs in the online-store on this site. Another option with very good prices is eBay. There are MANY Wiccan/Pagan dealers on ebay that will sell herbs by the ounce or by the pound.

Another option is health food stores. If they do not sell herbs in bulk bins, they will probably be happy to order anything you need.

Metaphysical shops are yet another option that generally have a vast array Wiccan/Pagan supplies.
