Meet By Chance Spell

Someone had mentioned this spell to me a while ago, when I posted about doing a spell that would help me to have a "chance" meeting with a specific person. So far, I have not had any luck finding such spell. Does anyone know where I might look to find it, or could I possibly write my own?
