Rain and Cloud spells

I want really easy spells that would make tomorrow rain but mostly cloudy. Not just voice spells but I kinda want to use stuff! I'm a beginner. Any spells?

The best thing for you to do would be to create your own spell but a spell I made is:

"Make it rain as I say, make the sun come out another day"

You could burn a blue candle, get a bottle of water and slowly pour it on the ground as you say this spell, the possibilites are endless.

Are you comfortable with the basics of magick?
