maybe someone can explain

I have a question for anyone who thinks they know the answer. When i really focus on any one point or just stare off into space i notice almost a static- like the kind you get on a tv. Now that im aware of it, its becoming more noticable, like i dont have to focus as hard to see it, does anyone have an idea as to what this might be? Is it common?

it just... static. Like its everywhere, but its not obstucting my vision or anything like that. I just was at the eye doctor not to long ago also... idk

I know what you mean by the static! I see it too, though most clearly in the dark. I've never been able to accurately describe it and I know my eyes are in tip top shape. I wish I could offer more information... I'm sure it has a technical name, but I haven't come across one yet. I've tried telling other people and they just look at me like "What...?" lol.

You're not alone, which may be comforting... we can be lost together. My only strong theory is that it is the vibration of everything around me? Everything vibrates to some degree... maybe it's light particles bouncing off these vibrations? Though, that doesn't make too much sense if I see it more clearly in the dark? o_O

i see it too but no one else in my family does. My eyes are in bad shape however, so i cant really say its not due to that. I would love to know what they are too and my old theory (before i took chemistry and science classes) was that they were atoms and molecules flying around

Eggmaster24,i do think that it is energy.
My only strong theory to support this would be the alignment of your chakras.It is said that chakras can affect you physically,mentally and perhaps yourself to a different point of perspective.Hence,this might explain why you`re seeing static like web(sometimes) or perhaps atoms/particles.

I'm going to research and see if I can find any prove behind these theories. I'll get back to you if I can find anything.

It doesn't seem to deal with anything metaphysical. If you google "visual snow", it'll give you possible explanations.

Ah! Thank you for that Agreas! :D This is the sort of stuff I see, lol. I was once told by a psychic (I know, how credible does that sound? lol but I know the woman personally and I trust her) that the sparkles (caused by this visual static effect, I suppose) that showed up in corners of rooms were Spirit Guides... just chillin' and hanging out or whatever. When I was a child I'd try to catch the floating sparkles XD

i never really assumed what it was, just was more curious if anyone else has this occurence. Thanks for the help guys. It may be my charkras, according to the charkara test my third eye is under active, and my heart and throat are over active, maybe balancing them more (which im working on) will help things.
