Weight loss spells will not instantly make you lose 20 pounds, while they can asit you in doing so along with a diet and exersize. The majority of spells on this site are real, but be weary of tricks. Wishing you luck, ~Farina

Most weight loss spells are to help with your metabolism or motivation. As stated above, you will not lose a large amount of weight overnight, and you will have to put in the work: exercising, eating healthy, etc. The weight loss spell is helpful because it can keep you motivated and committed to your goal.
There are a bunch listed under the Diet section under the spells tab. Just be careful of the ones that promise unrealistic effects because they are made up and won't help you.
Best of luck to you! I hope you reach your goal!

Hello, just wanted to share some information. First, I recommend looking up Josie Grouse on YouTube. She has so many interesting videos that might help you. Manifestation, positive thinking, and the power of intent " I am going to lose weight". Please don't cast a spell and expect to wake up thinner. It's all about commitment, meditation, and change.

@ WildMustang, i would change the statement to 'i am loosing weight'instead of 'i am going to' because it kind of shifts the statement from 'this is something i am working on right now' to 'this is something i will do one day' [i use to say 'going to' or 'will be' in my statements which made me less likely to start anything. like i would say 'i am going to loose weight' then be out and see a cookie or something and think 'oh, well, it's a treat, i'll start fresh tomorrow' but when i switched to 'i am loosing weight' i had a little extra 'no, you said that yesterday, skip the cookie today' moment of restraint] everything else you said i agree with, really great advice.

that's a weight loss aid that works as a way to reduce cravings and help with willpower, it will not result in you waking up 3 dress sizes smaller overnight. weight spells work more to motivate, as the majority of the spells effectiveness comes from you. i suggest also looking up nutritional information to help you stay healthy while loosing weight. i also recommend researching fun exercises to try, but to warm up and cool down [and stretch] before working out. [if you can, try talking to a personal trainer, or see if your gym has a free session where you can learn how to use the equipment correctly to prevent injury] ease into exercise, you don't want to go from 0 to 100 in a day, this can cause injury [trust me, i took up jogging after work a few years ago but didn't get the right shoes, so going from never jogging to jogging every day for a week without the proper footware resulted in injury]

also, please don't starve yourself, be healthy while loosing weight. figure out how many calories you eat on average and decrease it by 500. you should also figure out how much your body needs [say your body needs 2000, but you only eat 1200, don't decrease your intake, increase it to 1500, your body is starving and therefore will store any food you eat as fat because it thinks you're in a famine] and despite popular belief, calories are not evil. 100 calories of an apple is healthier than 100 calories of a doughnut any day. [also, there is a difference between fats. an avocado is better than fried food] basically if it's natural [fruit, vegetable, legumes, even meat] it's a wiser choice than junk food. [chocolate, chips, fast food burger] to quote John Pinette 'if it looks all sweet and tastie, then keep walking' [that's my problem, huge sweet tooth, sugar is societies downfall, but it's so tastie]
