Okay, so you may not get a tail. But any spells so that you can hold your breath?

You can hold your breath without using a spell anyway, so why would you need one?

Breath training is the best way to hold your breath for longer, magick can't help because it requires the training of your body to cope with increased amounts of carbon dioxide and toxins.

This one has to be done the long way.

no, there is no such thing in magic, lot of people from here wants from magic many i would say unessential thing that if they could do is so irelevant for magic world... Same goes for the spell that transform you into unicorn/werewolf/ etc etc... Those kind of things are just ideas of young minds, and magic is not here for that, magic is something higher...

Ok, quick rule that can help you, don't cast spells for trivial matters. God's/universe/whatever you work with, never favours people who use magick as the cheat code of life. Casting one spell to help when in need is fine, casting a spell for something you can do yourself isn't wise.

I'm guessing you want to become a mermaid [which you have discovered doesn't happen with real magick] you cannot cast a spell and be able to hold your breath for long periods either. You could use a chant to help you while practicing holding your breath as a way to empower you and help work towards your goal. Humans can train themselves to hold their breath for longer periods. Two things I think the longest on record is 5 minutes, and our bodies cannot handle the pressure under so many feet of water, so holding your breath for long periods is a good skill to learn if you plan to swim for long periods, you might want to take scuba lessons. [Plus there's a company that makes mermaid tails you could consider buying one if you really want to pretend to be a mermaid. Could also make some money posing with tourists if possible]

The current record is 22 minutes or so, but the human brain cannot cope beyond 3 minutes without oxygen without training, so you have to work hard and train.

If you really want to be able to act like a mermaid, you need to put the effort in to make it happen.

@H2OfanRikki, thanks, I was told it was 5 minutes but that was years and years ago.
