There are numerous benifits to drinking ginger tea,here are some of them:

*Relieves nausea
*Helps prevent certain cancers such as colon cancer
*Relieves morning sickness and motion sickness
*Reduces pains
*Relieves migranes
*Relieves heartburn
*Relieves menstrual cramps
*Aids in preventing the flu and colds
*Relieves heavy chest (during flu)

These are just some benifits there are numerous others,I learned all these from personal research

I also decided to share a recipe which you guys may try when you are ill especially with a heavy chest

You will need:
*Ginger (fresh,sliced)
*Black Pepper
*Honey
*Boiling water
*Kettle (prefferable metal non appliance one)

Instructions:

Simply boil the sliced ginger,add honey after a few seconds and add the pepper before serving
