Hi, Shine! I see that the title says that you are a new member. So, since you are interested in doing spells, go to the basics of magic. Try meditating, grounding, centering, and study magic. I'm sure this will give you a head start once you start practicing magic.
Good luck and Blessed Be!

First do The basics of magic, it will be easier afterwards then, and honestly you'll have more knowledge.

I'm new as well, though welcome to Spells Of Magic. Hopefully we find what we have come for. As for hypnosis I unfortunately do not have any knowledge of it nor experience, besides being under hypnosis once for a college event. Anywho, I suggest researching the topic and make sure you cross reference your information. I also suggest, unless you already have, seek professional help for progression in working out past traumatic experiences. I speak from personal experience in regarding therapy.

Now for magical purpose I suggest as stated earlier to research the subject and cross reference your findings. I do not recommend Wikipedia, but if you decide to go thay route follow the citations of the subject. If they're not present, cross reference.

I hope this helps.
