The Solitary Practitioner is a good place to start [said every pagan ever] .

I would also recommend The Book Of Five Rings, and Pratcing Mindfulness, A Guide to Meditation.

Both are excellent reads.

Thanks for posting but would you mind posting authors when you recommend books? There are a few books titled A Guide to Meditation.

I posses a rather ridiculous library of metaphysical literature so I shall recommend a gem every time I find one :D
