Hi there everyone! I'm Ashley. I'm confused on what to say about myself here.. here goes nothing.
Magick/Wicca/Paganism has been something that's interested me since I was a little girl. I live close to Salem Massachusetts, and I've visited frequently since I was young. Many people in Salem practice Paganism, more specifically Wicca. Thus, I was introduced to the ideas of Paganism when I was little. Throughout the years I've had tendencies towards practicing Wicca, but I never completely noticed what I was doing. I have studied it before, but never began to purposefully practice it until some point in 2012.
I've always felt a strong connection with nature and spirit. I'm extremely sensitive to energies, and I get a lot of messages and meanings through dreams I have. I have also had experiences with spirit.
I'm very confused on my practice, as I was raised Protestant (not very strictly) yet I'm so drawn and interested in Paganism, more specifically Wicca. I somewhat believe in fluid practice and belief, but I feel that there's so much I have to learn and find out.
I'm sorry this is so long! I realize I am a COMPLETE noob, and I hope that most of this makes sense and doesn't offend anyone. I guess I'm just trying to find my way. Let me know what you guys think.
Sounds like you have a natural connection with energies in life. I too started like that when I was young. Now, its been 17years (on and off) of studying. So drawn into the energy, spiritually connected, and dreams. It is a wonderful thing. And, in my opinion, things in life will pull us through different paths in the study of magick... sometimes time causes to pause from the study... so in a sense everyone can have a little noob in them and that is ok.
