Third eye

Can some one tell me step by step and the supplies I need to open my third eye. If so please do I'm really wanting to do more advanced spells and it would help to have opened my third eye

You don't really need supplies. You can open it with meditation. But you want to research decalcifying the pineal gland.

Learn How to meditate

Second Step

Study What Chakras are

Third Step

Work In Order From The Root to the Crown Chakra.

Fourth Step

Repeat Third step often with cleansing and other methods.
