An interesting card pull.

Everyday I turn up my music, drink a bottle of water, and draw a Tarot card to predict how my day shall turn out, or things I will encounter or need to work on. Today I just so happened to pull the "death" card. I simply sat and contemplated on what this might mean. Shrugging this off, I proceeded to record my findings in my Tarot journal. I wrote the date, card, and meaning of the card dawn, yet it wasn't until I finished writing the phrase "illness or death", that the radio broadcaster announced the death of a Mexican actress due to a plain crash. My head shot up in shock of how that happened, and something tells me that this was no coincidence.

Yes it's true that the death card doesn't always mean death, and usually doesn't I just thought that was kind of interesting how that happened

You're talking about Jenni Rivera, right? Her death was yesturday but still her body isn't found yet. It seems interesting that the death card came out.

The death card is often misinterrpreted. It does not signify actual death/illness, however if you look at the meanings and the pictures you will find more. The death card actually speaks more of necessary changes, for instance in Deviant Moon, the picture depicts a creature pregnant, showing the birth of something new- and at the same time- is about to step on a smaller creature that if human, would be a toddler- it is seen grasping up towards its mother, looking for the comfort, yet her foot is on top on its head. In traditional decks, you will find a rose. A symbol of life/rebirth amongst it all. Death is actually a welcomed card, as the changes tend to be for the best and it is often one of the most mis-interpreted cards of the deck.
