I come to the site again and again. Saved me tons of money on unnecessary vet bills and it makes me feel good to know I can help him naturally.

Many pet products use toxic chemicals that can hurt your dog. Another source I highly recommend are products from nativeremedies.com
Here is their flea shampoo.

Use a hot steam cleaner like the Shark to clean your carpets, furnature, and mattresses. Wash your clothes and bedding in hot water, vinegar and baking soda. It will kill feas and eggs. Do it everyday for a week.

Sorry, one more thing, fleas tend to "come back" because new eggs hatch that were missed. So continue cleaning 2-3 times a week for two months to keep them from doing so. You can just vacuum if you don't have or can't afford a steamer. But if you do so, you need to change the bag outside after everytime, or else they'll crawl right back out and plague you again.

There is also an herbal remedy.
You stuff a pillow for them to sleep with: 2 parts penny royal, 1 part worm wood, 1 part Rosemary, 1 part lavender.

I suggest smallflower.com that's where I go for my herbs.
But rosemary can be found in the herb section of any grocer. You may want to grind them up a bit to get more aroma and break them because rosemary is like pine needles, and I can imagine sleeping on them may be uncomfortable if they were to stick up through the cloth in their natural state.
