Incantation/Visualization

Hi everyone, I was thinking about something. Of course everyone knows about visualization, to visualize clearly the purpose of the spell. And everyone knows about incantations, words that help raise and direct energy. But since they both serve basically the same purpose, to direct energy, could one take the place of another in a spell, or how would that work?

Initially, yes, one can take the place of the other. You can take the words that speak out the intent and make a clear visualization of what is intended; perform the spell without the incantation; and where the incantation who be spoken/chanted/sung/etc push out the energy (into the universe) as you visualize clearly the energy bringing about the desired intent. And the vice versa: keep in mind the intent and visualization you have and write it out as a spell; and do the spell as you would; but where visualization was to be done, do the incantation. And of course, if you want to, you could do both (which should be self explanatory).

Technically you can. However without visualizing the results of your spell coming to fruition, your less likely to see results. At least that is what I was taught when I started practicing.
