Psi ball help

How do you give psi balls instructions or how do you throw it at something?

Giving it instructions:talk to it like anyone else,but be sure the task is simple and easy to understand.Thowing:Technically,if you can just throw it like a ball but it won't hurt anyone since it is just an enery,like light.Hope that helps!
