About a year a go give or take a few months, I was on a beach at midnight with my friend in Mablethorpe :). Everything was going fine until we both sensed a presence further down the beach. We felt more and more uneasy, I suppose it didn't help that the tide was almost in, so we decided to leave.
This is where things get confusing - so I do apologise , because Im not very good at explaining lol. Well about halfway to getting to the beaches exit, it honestly felt as if something was coming after us - if anyone has had an angry dog suddenly spring after them - then that's what it was like. We both naturally, and very wimpishly ran away, and it felt as if it didn't stop until we got off the beach.
We both felt that whatever it was stood there watching us. So we ran back to my mums caravan, which was on a caravan site facing the beach. We felt fine, until it came time to go to bed... at the time we had plenty of crystals with us in our room, so we felt safe, but for the rest of the night there was banging, rattling and scratchy noises.
Any idea on what it could have been? At the time we thought it might have been an elemental, you know because we were on a beach surrounded by nature and stuff, but I don't see why an elemental would be so agrersive - or possibly follow us back to the caravan. So I dont think it was. But the feeling n the beach was horrible, felt almost like we were somewhere we shouldn't be.
Any suggestions would be helpful as how to explain this. Thank you :)
Sounds like a restless spirit trying to get its point across. Or it was trying to scare the crap out of u cause there was some danger further down the beach.
Definitely not an elemental. Scaring people isn't there style, and there was nothing in your story to indicate elemental powers. You probably disturbed a sacred site or trespassed on grounds protected by a rogue spirit. Midnight is when spirits are at their most powerful, and it may be a bad idea to travel outside at that time. If for some reason you feel the need to go to the beach at midnight, perform an exorcism first.
why does everyone presume that everything the stirs at night is supernatural have you never heard ducks and geese flying at night afew years in a caravan rhyl north wales i was woken buy loud scratching and banging i went outside shone a torch and low and behold seagulls 3 of them on top of the caravan with a piece of pie this was 2.45am on a sept night the only exorcising this night was me try to shoo them away so i could get some sleep
