Needing a Weather Spell:D

Hello everyone, I am completly new to magick, I have been reading a long time on it, just its never made any sence. I just need a mentor not a book is all :D anyways! I was wondering if anyone could please send my way a powerfull storm spell, thats simple for a newbie like me :D I have white candles and normal things around the house, so feel free to add in basic item ingredients!
