Is there any way I can turn my eyes bright green?

Why would you want to change your eye color in the first place?
I think they are beautiful as is. Eyes are unique to each individual. They make you different.

I am not sure that it's possible to change your eye color

It's not possible to change your eye color using magic. Sorry.

You can purchase green-colored contacts, though.

Its possible perhaps although if I am correct your eyes have a link to your soul and attempting to change them would be as attempting to change a part of thine self.

When I'm in the dark my eyes are gray blue, when i go into the light, it turns gray green and I would rather have blue eyes in the dark and green (like the green color on usernames on the chat) in the light instead
