if you feel your time is wasted, you could simply join a Prior existing coven on Necromancy. Then you are with like minded people, and do not need to have an "empty nest".

Seems necropolis would be a preimum choice there

Doesn't matter how many people join a coven it's merely a chance for people to talk within this sort of medium. However what does matter is the ideas people bring to the table and how well everyone reacts to the ideas. Brain storming is always the best way to learn new things. That's what true power is. The ability to communicate. So it doesn't matter how many people you have, it matters who you have.
