Dream

I was almost conscious in my sleep I could control what I did in the dream but not what happened I feel like I didn't sleep my head hurts. Is this normal

lucid dreaming when you can made decisions in the dream. you head might hurt because it was your first time and took a lot of brain power, or you slept wrong [sometimes i use too many pillows and my neck hurts] meditate for a bit to give your brain a rest. if it doesn't go away during the day and gets worse, speak with your doctor, but it doesn't sound serious to me.
