Sorry to tell you but teleporting into books, movies, tv shows and changing your appearance while doing so is impossible, real witchcraft has nothing whatsoever to do with any of these things.

Asia, if it were possible there would be people doing so already.

Is teleportation via science possible? Hypothetically, yes. But teleporting a subatomic particle would take more energy than is reasonable in so very many cases. You're talking about quantum-level events here. It is no ordinary task.

The human brain can only release about enough electricity in the course of general thought (that is, for the entire central nervous system), approximately, to start a car. That is immensely less energy than needed to teleport a photon. Not to mention attempting to exert literally every bit of energy one has at once would kill the person.

It is not possible.

While none of what you want is possible through magic have you looked into lucid dreaming since this will give you the closet thing to what you want.
