Although the site was started around 1997 or 1998 we have been celebrating the anniversary of SoM as 2002 when the current domain name was registered. That makes us 13 years old as of March!
To celebrate our 13 years SoM will be sponsoring and officially attending pagan and new age events around the world. The first event we will be active in is the Gaia Gathering,Canadian National Pagan Conference.
We will also be sponsoring some of our members in their pagan arts. Over the next year we plan to have a book and our own oracle deck produced by our members and featured on the site.
You can make your presencefelt at these events, and show your support of our members by sending us a postcard (or birthday card) or other notice via snail mail. All submissions will be on display at the events we sponsor to show the global reach of the site and the pagan community.

This website is great for guiding those who are new, I thank Petrarca and all the moderators and editors for all the work put into this site, I enjoy being able to use forums for various discussions.
