I don't really use spells I just visualize and put energy into it usually ask gods ( Greek mostly hecate sometimes Apollo and Athena onec aphrodite) is there a name for that or is that a technique

I'm pretty sure that's called invoking the Gods. Because I follow them, too^^. They do help me in some situations.
