Whenever I read about anything or try to do anything that has to do with magick, paranormal, or supernatural things I always feel like I'm being watched. Why is that ?

it's most likely just your subconscious mind acting up. say you watch a scary movie then have to walk home, you might walk the same way all the time, but suddenly that tree looks a lot creepier, and that strange noise could be someone sneaking up on you, instead of the wind. you're think about supernatural things, and in the back of your mind [or even the front] you might be thinking to yourself, how cool it might be to see a ghost, or cast a flight spell that works, or something of that nature. we all do it, it's just your imagination.

Sometimes we are making thought forms sub-consciously. so it makes us think that something is happening wheh clearly nothing is happening at all. Basically our mind playing tricks on us.

It's all about the mind.

Picture this. ( Inspired from Forbidden Game by LJ Smith )

You see a photo of a black cat.

A person ( maybe a friend? ) asks you what do you see?

Your immediate response might be " A black cat "

But in actual fact, you are not actually seeing a real black cat but a photo of a black cat.

Conclusion?

Our minds sometimes simplify stuff that they interpreted in order to give a quick response to the situation. In your situation, it's probably a trick of the mind.
