Looking ElementalMentor

I'm a very begginer In this stuff i'd like if someone could tell me of any kind of exercises to start with elemental kinesis control and that. I just need something to get started so I can continue practicing by myself. it would be preciated. thx

There's no way you are going to do any elemental kinesis. You cannot control/bend elements to your will. What you can do is work with them. Don't expect control over them.
