I wouldn't suggest a potion for physical strength - I'd try a healthy diet and continual strength-building exercises.

As for health - it's said that simply adding sage, garlic, or rosemary to every day foods can help you increase the likeliness of staying healthy. But again, this is in addition to a healthy life style.

Due to along line of my family loving ginger in its many forms , and considering they lived to be pretty old and healthy . Later life , things did get a few of them like atheritis and alzimerz but that's a few years before there death .
Due to this I always have thought ginger to be a herb to have health improving and maintaining properties . I make a point of drinking one ginger tea a day :)
Maybe you should try it ?

The bay leaf or bay laurel is said to help with prophetic abilities. Eye bright was once thought to help stimulate the mental and aid in the castings of spells. Ginger was commonly used to help spark an idea or the inniative to help complete a magickal task.

Red Clover tea once daily is a very good for body detoxification, and it tastes wonderful with honey!

Though a cup of Nettle tea once daily is very good for your kidneys, which helps to eliminate waste products in your body more efficiently.

In a sense these teas can be considered healing and strengthening to the body. Though you should only chose one of these to drink daily.

I hope this helps, Bast bless your path!
