Demons

I'm wanting to learn more about demons but as far as books go the only stuff I'm able to find in my local book store is about the history of demons

Buying online scares me as I can't look inside and see what it's like so can anyone recommend any good books on the subject of demons and working with them?

If you look up free demonology PDF files you'll find a library full.
I personally suggest the Lesser Key of Solomon.

Look up demonolatry as well. Stephanie Connelly(sp?) has a fairly well written book about demons, how to start and experiences working with them as well.

Just put "Goetia" into a yahoo or google/etc search and you'll find all sorts of things.

Of course, if you don't mean for summoning and more for spooky tidbits, a search more like "demon mythologies" will get you stuff related more closely with that goal.

The internet is at your fingertips, dear. Search and search some more, and make sure you're using reliable sources to get your information, and use common sense while researching these topics. Not everything on the internet is true.
