Hi, I made this account about a year ago and forgot about it because I met someone who is now being kept from me by my grandmother under threat of going to jail, so I am real depressed right now and desperate to get him to speak with me so I wont do something drastic, I am a 15 year old boy and he is 19, any advice, helpful, someone could give me, and I guess I told a huge amout of myself to anyone who wants to look.....oh well, hi again.
well there is no need of doing anything 'drastic' in the first place. Just tell your grandmother that you want to talk to that guy. Try to make her understand and butter her a bit ;) lol....but yeah it should work. After all she's your grandmother and she ought to understand you and care for you.
If all fails though, you could meet that guy secretly without the knowledge of your grandmother. But even if you do this, your grandmother will eventually find out about it and then, she will sent you to jail (as you mentioned).
So i suggest telling your grandmother that you wanna meet the guy and if she doesn't understand, then maybe you should just let the guy go.
i doubt she would call the cops or anything. Just try to show that you're responsible and sensible and that you're not little anymore. then you just need to convince her that he's a nice guy. or maybe just tallk about him all the time so she understands that its important to you and she might make an exception
when this happened to me, i saw him in secret. it seemed like my mom knew and was trying to drop hints and push me away from him, but i kept on playing stupid and eventually she arranged a compromise. im still not 100% sure if she *did* know, but she talked about him an aweful lot if she didnt; i only brought him up in conversation once at the very start, which is how she found out about him. in the end i won lol
