I asked for some advice to make Wicca accepted in Singapore. You see what kind of replies they give me. Completely out of poitlnt. The psychic vamp thing is to shoe an example of how our rights as wiccans r being denied.

People fear what they do not understand and I can tell your feeling frustrated with others ignorance. BUT...in defence of these people who fear or just plain reject our religion, some people who believe they are wiccan, pagan etc...do the most horrific things.

Now obviously I'm not saying we all do cruel things (as I do class myself as a practicing wiccan and I know many others of you don't do the sadist rituals) but as many others have pointed out in many other similar posts, people fear us because of a specific view of us be it through TV, the media or even from there own relatives (possible or possibly not from another religion).

The sad truth is, you just can't change the worlds mind. People will believe whatever they want to believe. I wish they'd except us as much as they do the Christian, Catholic, protestant etc...Religion but they don't....That's life I'm afraid.

If I were you I'd just concentrate on doing my own thing, learning as much as I can on what I want to know and maybe even become friends with similar minded people.

Good luck on your way anyway :)
