Goddess help

A goddess appeared in my dream and i would like some thoughts on who she is. She called herself sheba even though her race was white. She was naked except for this king cobra winding around her body. She was twentyish brown hair with eyes that looked like a blind persons they were blue at first i thought she was a priestess if kali ma but know she was a goddess. If anyone can help me figure out who she is i would be very greatful

She is known as Saba and Astarte. People considered Sheba (the land) the physical embodiment of Astarte.
